Our Pre-sale Service is as follows,
1. Investigate or forecast customer demand;
2. Confirm the customers demand after sufficient communication;
3. Offer samples and technology documents to customer
4. Get customer approval on the final samples

Our After-sale Service is as follows,
1. Give oral feedback within 2 working days. Reading report will be delivered within one week
2. if necessary, we will deliver samples improved within four weeks
3. if required, we will provide detailed documents and technology training
4. As per ISO9001:2008, we will perform customer surveys every 4 months
